摘要
目前,各高职院校都面临着实训基地设备简陋,容量不足,高水平实训教师短缺的问题。为转变这种状况,高职院校在实训基地建设中,要开展产学研合作,实训基地要采取企业化管理的方式,才能多方受益。
At present, all higher vocational colleges face the problem of practical training equipment simple and crude, not enough and lacking of good teachers. In order to change this situation, vocational colleges should conducting production-teaching-research combination, implement way of enterprise management to make each side get benefit during base construction.
