基于改进遗传算法的潜孔钻机钻臂设计计算 被引量:1

Design of arm on down-hole drill based on improved genetic algorithm

摘要 钻臂是潜孔钻机的一个重要组成部分,需对其受力状况进行计算分析。在计算分析时,针对传统遗传算法效率不高等问题,本文运用改进遗传算法进行计算。该算法使用十进制数编码,采用"最优保存策略"加快收敛速度,使用"补充策略"避免早熟。以某型号潜孔钻机钻臂的设计为例进行计算分析,结果表明,改进的遗传算法可以提高计算的精度和效率。 The arm is an important part of the down-hole drill. The load on the arm should be carefully analyzed during the design process. Considering the shortcomings of conventional Genetic Algorithms (GA), the improved Genetic Algorithm is applied in calculating the load on the arm in this paper. The decimal code system is used in the improved genetic algorithm, elitist model is chosen to avoid blinding searching and the complementary strategy is used to avoid premature convergence. With a case study of arm design on down-hole drill, a result with higher precision and lower time cost can be obtained. The method proposed in this paper is expected to have wider potential applications in down-hole drill designing fields.
