摘要
炼钢-连铸中的浇次排序属于带有工艺约束的并行机流水车间调度问题.本文研究了钢铁铸造企业生产计划与调度中的浇次排序问题,建立了数学模型,其目标函数确定为在满足机器约束的条件下,当日浇次计划的生产成本最小,并应用基于自然数向量编码和启发式规则产生初始种群的遗传算法进行了仿真研究.
The problem of cast scheduling in steel-making cast is one of the problems of parallelmachine scheduling with process restriction in flow shop.The author studies the problem of castscheduling in the production plan and scheduling of steel-making cast enterprise,and establishesthe mathematical model with target function of the minimum production cost of satisfying machinerestriction.The author does simulation with genetic algorithm based on coding with natural numbervector and engendering initializing germs with heuristic rule.
