摘要
中国—东盟《服务贸易协定》涉及高等教育服务承诺,这些承诺将对中国和东盟各国在高等教育服务贸易方面的权利和义务产生重大影响。本文通过对这些承诺的法律解读,分析了中国和东盟各方的相关权利和义务。这种解读对于确定中国高等教育服务国际化的发展方向是很有必要的。
Commitments to higher education services are included in China-ASEAN Agreement on Trade in Services. These commitments will have significant influence on rights and obligations between China and ASEAN members concerning trade in higher education services. The article analyzes these related rights and obligations through interpreting them from legal perspective, and this interpretation has guiding significance to determine developing orientation on internationalization of higher education services of China.
