摘要
有效的教师绩效评价是提高教师工作质量的根本保证,研究中英两国教师绩效评价,是为了寻找有关教师绩效评价合理因素和有效因素,进而完善我国中小学教师的绩效评价。本文从教师绩效评价的发展沿革、绩效评价实施程序和课堂评价标准三方面,比较分析中英中小学的教师绩效评价,为完善我国的教师绩效评价提供一定参考。
Effective teacher performance assessment (TPA) plays an essential role in improving the quality of teacher's work. This paper compares the Sino-British Teacher Performance Assessment in primary and secondary Schools from three aspects, including the history of TPA, the processes of TPA and the indicators for class- room assessment. Through the comparisons, it gives some recommendations for Chinese TPA in primary and secondary schools.
