摘要 为进一步降低炼钢成本,利用转炉煤气,改善离线钢包烘烤质量,开发了自身蓄热调温烧嘴,烧嘴的调节比可达1∶10,钢包内温度在200℃~1 200℃可调。该烧嘴的成功应用,降低了生产成本,减少了环境污染。 To further reduce the cost of steel-maklng, and improve the quality of off-line ladle preheating on converter gas, Jinan Iron and Steel Group Company developed the temperature-regulative and self-regenerative burner for off-line ladle preheating system in No. 1 steel-making plant success fully. The regulating ratio of the burner is up to 1: 10 and the ladle temperature can be regulated from 200 ℃ to 1200℃. The operation result shows that the cost was reduced, and the pollution was decreased.
