自身蓄热式烧嘴在梭式窑中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了高温空气燃烧技术和自身蓄热式烧嘴的特点;结合梭式窑的工作特点,详细阐述了在梭式窑中推广使用自身蓄热式烧嘴的优越性。采用该技术,可以大量回收高温烟气的余热,从而既能提高加热能力、减少能耗和降低燃料成本,又可以促进炉内温度的均匀性。通过优化自身蓄热式烧嘴,还可以减少有害气体的排量。因此,在梭式窑中推广使用自身蓄热式烧嘴具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The characteristics of HiTAC and self regenerative burner are presented in this paper. Based on the working condition of shuttle kiln, the advantages of self regenerative burner were expressed in detail. It was found that much energy would be saved by recycling the waste heat of exhaust gas to preheat the combustion air. As a result, energy consumption and fuel cost could be decreased. Further more, the distribution of temperature in furnace is uniform by using self regenerative burner. Through optimizing the burner, the poUutant emission will be decreased as well. Therefore applying self regenerative burner in shuttle kiln, energy saving and environmental pollution reduction will be more efficient.
