摘要
护理礼仪作为一种职业礼仪,是护士职业形象的重要组成部分,是护士素质、修养、行为、气质的综合反映。我国许多医学院校和医院已将礼仪培训、教学纳入学生培养计划中,并专门开设护理礼仪课程,帮助护生养成良好的素质修养。在教学中,可采用多媒体教学、情景表演、观摩光牒、邀请医院护理专业工作人员开展讲座等形式,增加学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量。
Nursing etiquette, as a protessional etiquette, is the main element of nursing protessional image and reflects the quality, culture, behavior and elegance of a nurse. Most medical schools and hospital have brought etiquette training and teaching into students training plan. In these schools, nursing etiquette course has been regarded as a course for helping students cultivate satisfactory quality. Some methods, like multimedia teaching, scene performance, video class and lecture, may help arouse students＇ interest and improve teaching quality.
