摘要
目的:通过增强磁共振血管造影测量确定正常成年男性、女性肾动脉内径、肾动脉垂直截面面积的正常范围。方法:采用三维CE-MRA测量68例无肾动脉狭窄的血压正常的健康成年人肾动脉内径及垂直截面面积。结果:男性和女性肾动脉正常范围:肾动脉内径分别为5.24 mm^9.02 mm(平均7.13 mm)和4.48 mm^7.53 mm(平均6.01 mm),肾动脉垂直截面面积分别为24.33 mm2~58.43 mm2(平均41.38 mm2)和15.34 mm2~43.53 mm2(平均29.44 mm2)。结论:成年男性、女性肾动脉内径和垂直截面面积存在差异,其正常范围对肾动脉管腔大小的评估具有普遍应用价值。
Objective: To measure the normal range of the inner diameter of renal arteries and the perpendicular cross section area of renal arteries in normal male and female adults by three dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography (3D CE-MRA). Method: The inner diameter of renal and the perpendicular cross section area of renal arteries were measured by 3D CE-MRA in 68 healthy adults with normal blood pressure. Results: The inner diameter of renal arteries normally ranged between 5.24 mm and 9.02 mm with an average of 7.13 mm in males and between 4.48 mm and 7.53 mm with an average of 6.01 mm in females. The perpendicular cross section area of the renal arteries normally ranged between 24.33 mm^2 and 58.43 mm^2 with an average of 41.38 rnm^2 in males and between 15.34 mm^2 and 43.53 mm^2 with an average of 29.44mm^2 in females. Conclusion: Inner diameters and perpendicular cross section areas of renal arteries are different between male and female adults, which contributes to the universal evaluation of luminal sizes of renal arteries.
