摘要
目的了解护理人员医院感染知识的掌握情况及其态度,并探讨其管理对策。方法自行设计医院感染知识及态度问卷调查表,对临床160名护理人员进行调查。结果医院感染知识的平均答对率为67.4%,答对率达60%以上有130人(94.2%),答对率达80%以上有9人(6.5%);不同年龄、职称的护理人员得分差异有统计学意义,不同工龄、学历的护理人员得分差异无统计学意义;绝大部分护理人员认为有必要加强医院感染知识的学习,但不愿意花过多时间,忽视了专业培训的重要性。结论护理人员对医院感染知识掌握一般,应以丰富的感染知识内容和教育途径来加强护理人员的继续教育。
Objective To investigate the nursing staff＇s knowledge and their attitude toward nosocomial infection and to search for its management countermeasures. Methods A self-designed ＂Nosocomial Infection knowledge and Attitude Questionnaire＂ was used to investigate 160 nurses. Results There were 130 （94.2%） nurses had a corrected answering rate over 60% and 9（6.5%） had a rate over 80%, with the mean rate being 67.4% .The scores of nurses with different ages and professional titles were significantly different; nurses with different work duration and academic backgrounds had a similar score. A majority of nurses thought they should learn more knowledge of nosocomial infection, but few were willing to learn and most of them did not realize the importance of professional training. Conclusion The nursing staff have a moderate knowledge about nosocomial infection; a program of continued education,with rich contents, should be given to nurses through various ways.
