院内分离的铜绿色假单胞菌对17种抗生素的耐药特性 被引量:4

CHARACTERISTICS OF RESISTANCE TO SEVETEEN ANTIMICROBIAL AGENTS AMONG NOSOCOMIAL PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA ISOLATES

摘要 为了了解铜绿色假单胞菌(绿脓杆菌)的耐药特性,将1994年12月—1996年3月从临床痰、尿、创面分泌物、血以及其他标本中分离的459株铜绿色假单胞进行常用较新的17种抗生素敏感性测定.应用纸片扩散法和VITEK-AMS药敏卡,分型鉴定标准菌株为ATCC27853,其结果用电脑网络统计分析.结果发现对头孢噻甲羧肟、环丙氟哌酸、氟哌酸、头孢哌酮、亚胺硫霉素、舒普深和多粘菌素B耐药率分别为16%、39%、32%、34%、34%、9%、0.4%,其他抗生素耐药率均达40%以上,同时还对抗生素的抑菌环直径散点图进行检测以了解其交叉耐药现象,以便于临床选用抗生素时作参考. A total of 459 clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were isolated from nosocomial pathological samples (tracheal aspirates or sputum, urine, wounds, blood and others, such as environment) and collected during a period Dec. 1994 through Mar. 1996. Isolates were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa based upon Disk diffusion and Vitek-AMS system test. The strains also studied were the typing strain of species ATCC 27853. The antimicrobial disk susceptibility test to 17 agents were performed by the suspension were swabbed onto nutrient agar media plates and then stick on small-fragmen of paper containing antibiotics to detect inhibition zones. It revealed that the incidence of resistance to antimicrobial agents, that is, the resistance rates of ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin, norftoxacin, cefoperazone, imipenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam and polymyxin B aganst 459 strains of P. aeruginosa were 16%, 39%, 32%, 34%, 34%, 9% and 0. 4% respectively, and for the others, the resistance rates were over 40%. In addition, this report also provided the data of cross-resistance of ceftazidime , imipenem and ciprofloxacin aganst P. aeruginosa through scattered measurement of diameter of bacterial inhibitory ring. The results is helpful to the selection of antibiotics in clinical use.
