摘要
对由扫描电镜拍摄到的烟颗粒和干扰源粉尘颗粒的图像,使用数字图像学方法进行图像预处理,进而用盒维数方法计算得到了它们的分形维数值。通过对多组烟颗粒和干扰源粉尘颗粒的图像分析处理后发现,二者分形维数值的分布有所不同,由此描述了二者在微观形貌上的差异。通过标准的分形图形对算法的稳定性和计算误差进行了分析。
The smoke and dust particle's image are obtained through the electron micro analyzer. The sampled pictures are pre-processed using digital image method before entering the program of box-counting and calculating the value of fractal dimension. Through processing and analyzing groups of pictures, the distributing of the value of fractal dimension of the smoke and dust particles is found. Therefore, the discrimination between the two particles in microcosmic appearance is described. Finally, the stability of the method and the error of calculation are analyzed through using normal fractural figures.
