摘要
近年来,陆地、海洋等水体频发漏油污染事件,水中油类污染检测刻不容缓。基于Mie散射原理,提出了一种采用近红外光散射技术实现水中矿物油含量在线检测方法。近红外半导体激光器(LD)发射光照射在待测溶液上,在线阵CMOS感光器件上接收到被测溶液前向小角度连续点散射光,分析、处理散射光分布数据,从而确定水中矿物油的种类及其浓度。实验测定了不同浓度不同种类矿物油样本的散射曲线,验证了理论分析的结果。设计的近红外光散射技术可用于水中油含量的在线监测。
In recent years,the problem of mineral oil pollution occurred frequently in terrene,ocean and other aquatic environment becomes more and more urgent to be solved;and how to know exactly the true content of mineral oil in water is a hot research point in environment protection field.This paper puts forward a method that realizes the determination of the oil in water based on Mie scattering theory,in which the light emitted from a near infrared semiconductor laser(LD) is scattered by the oil drops in the solution to be measured and the signal of continuous small angle forward scattering light is received by a linear array CMOS photosensitive sensor.Through analyzing the theoretical and experimental optical data distribution,the content type and concentration of the mineral oil in water can be exactly measured.Various samples with different kinds of oils and different concentrations from 1 mg/L to 30 mg/L were tested in experiments;and the result shows that the experiment data are consistent with theoretical prediction data.In conclusion,this paper provides a novel design technique for the on-line monitoring of the content of mineral oil in water.
