摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将87例合格受试者按照随机数字表法随机分为2组,治疗组采用中药熏洗配合推拿治疗;对照组采用单纯推拿治疗。观察疗效评定,疼痛、关节活动度的改善,以及安全性。2组有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后疼痛分级计分(VDS),2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),即治疗组镇痛效果明显优于对照组;关节功能改善方面,2组关节功能正常恢复率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),即治疗组明显高于对照组;不良反应方面,治疗组患者有3人熏洗后出现皮疹,药物不良反应发生率6.67%但停药后均缓解。对照组没有出现不良反应。结论:中药熏洗配合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎有确切的疗效。
Objective ： To observe the effect of fumigation with Traditional Chinese Drugs （ TCD ） combined with massage for treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 87 cases of qualified volunteers under random number table-were randornlv divided into two Rroups, using fumigation with TCD combined with massage therapy- using massage theravv. Observe the-effect, improvement of pain and joint activities,and safety. Without a significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. In VDS score, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. In improving joint tunction, there was significant difference between two grouos （P〈0.05）. In adverse reactions, three patients in the treatment group were rash after fumigation.The incidence of adverse drug reaction rate was 6.67%, but were relieved after withdrawal. There were no adverse reactions in the control group. Conclusion ： There is the exact effect of fumigation with TCD combined with massage for treating kneeosteoarthritis.
