摘要
外商直接投资已逐渐成为服务业国际转移的主要方式。本文以服务业国际转移为研究对象,系统地分析了以跨国公司为载体的服务业国际转移的动因与特有模式,并基于柯布一道格拉斯生产函数(Cobb-Douglas Production Function)建立的相关模型,研究了服务业国际转移对承接国所产生的经济效应,据此提出了为更好地实现服务产业的国际接轨,必须处理好服务业市场开放和合理保护之间的关系等政策建议。
The foreign direct investment has gradually become the main way of service industry's international transfer.This article takes the service industry's international transfer as the research object,and systematically analyzes the economic reason and pattern of service industry's international transfer which takes the TNCS as the main body,then establishes a economics model based on the Cobb-Douglas Production Function.It studies the economical effect of service industry's international transfer on the host country.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to perfect the relationship between open-up and protection in the market of service industry.
