用有机硼硅氧烷提高石墨制品耐氧化性的研究 被引量:3

OXIDATION RESISTANT IMPROVEMENT OF GRAPHITE BY USING POLYBOROSILOXANE

摘要 由二苯基二氯硅烷和硼酸在溶剂中、N2气下进行脱盐酸缩合反应而生成的聚二苯基硼硅氧烷(PBp)及其衍生物具有热失重开始温度高(400℃)、耐氧化、可溶、可熔等特点,在非氧化性气氛中经热处理可转成碳化硅。用PBp衍生物的溶液浸渍石墨制品,经热处理后,在800℃空气中,保温6h氧化损失率与同等条件下的未浸渍的石墨制品相比,小一倍多,大大提高了石墨制品的高温耐氧化性。 Polydipheylborosiloxane (PBp)was synthesized by using diphenyldichlorosilane and boric acid in a solvent under the protection of N 2 atmosphere.PBp and its derivatives had the properties of thermal and oxidation resistance.They could be melt and soluble.PBp could be converted to SiC by thermal treatment under the protection of non oxidation atmophere.Immersed the graphite products by the solvent of PBp,after thermal treatment,the lossing of oxidation of graphite products reduced one time than that of un immersed in the same condition in air,kept the temperature at 800℃ for 6h.The results showed that the oxidation resistance of graphite products by using PBp and its derivatives was improved greatly.
