摘要
以鞍钢股份有限公司线材厂精轧区域设备为例,简要分析了倒频谱在滚动轴承故障诊断中应用的可行性,并列举了增速机和吐丝机2台设备滚动轴承故障诊断的应用实例。
Taking for example equipment in the finish rolling zone of Wire Rod Plant, Anshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd., the application feasibility of reverse frequency spectrum in diagnosis of rolling bearing faults was analyzed briefly. The application example of reverse frequency spectrum in diagnosis of rolling bearing faults of a zooming machine and a wire rod flipper was cited.
