摘要
考虑大位移复杂工艺井钻井和环保要求,制备了由非离子表面活性剂、石油磺酸盐、聚醚硅油及10%助表面活性剂、0.3%氟表面活性剂、1%渗透剂、1%消泡助润滑剂、5%冰点改善剂组成的水基润滑剂NSR-1。其中主组分(前三种)用量通过正交设计实验法确定。介绍了制备方法。在低密度淡水基浆中加入0.5%、1.0%NSR-1,使黏附系数fA分别下降50.0%、63.6%,使润滑系数fL分别下降80.3%、87.1%,对流变性也有一定调节作用。NSR-1降低淡水基浆fA和fL的效果好于常用聚合醇、聚醚、白油及酯基润滑剂。在胜利油田2口大位移延伸井和1口热采水平井使用该润滑剂,钻井液润滑性良好,钻井作业顺利完成。表3参2。
To meet the requirements for complicated drilling jobs in extended reach berehole and for environmental protection, a water base lubricant, NSR-1, is prepared and composed of nonionic suffactant, petroleum sulfonate, polyether silicone oll (main ingredients) and auxiliaris: 10% cosurfactant, 0.3% fluoro suffactant, 1% penetrating agent, 1% defoamer/lubricafion promotor, and 5% cryoscopic additive. The amount of main ingredients in the lubricant is established through a series of experiments designed orthogonally. The preparing procedure is described. NSR-1 added to a low density fresh water base mud (FWBM) at dosage 0.5 % and 1.0 % decreases its adhesion coefficient, fA, by 50.0 % and 63.6 % and lubricity coefficient, ft., by 80.3 % and 87.1%, respectively, and adjusts its theologic behavior in positive direction. The reduction in fA and ft. of the FWBM by NSR-1 is more significant than that by commonly used polymeric alcohol, polyether, white oil, and polyester base lubricants. In drilling 2 far extended reach wells and 1 horizontal well for thermal oil recovery, the drilling fluids in site treated by this lubricant get excellent lubricity and the drilling jobs finished smooth.
