摘要
对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金的高温疲劳性能进行了试验研究.阐述了试验数据处理方法;重点讨论和分析了热暴露、温度及应力集中等因素对其疲劳性能的影响.统计分析结果表明,热暴露对钛合金疲劳性能影响不大.当温度高于200℃时,温度升高会使其疲劳寿命降低.
The fatigue properties of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V at elevated temperature were researched systematically. The methods of the experimental data treated were presented. Several functions such as thermal expose, temperatare,stress concentrations and so on that affect the fatigue behaviors of the titanium alloy were major discussed and analysized. The conclusions by means of statistical analysis techniques shown that the effect of thermal expose is not significant. In general,the fatigue life of the titanium alloy will be decreased when the temperature is above 200℃.
