摘要 A series of mesoporous silica with variable pore structures were prepared.The influence of mesoporous structure on drug release profiles was studied.It is found that mesoporous pore structure has a great effect on the drug release rate.The cubic pore structure MCM-48 has a faster drug release rate than that of MCM-41 system;while SBA-16 with 'cage-like' pore structure system has the lowest drug release rate.
