高强度电脉冲对卵巢上皮性癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶9及其抑制物1蛋白表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 近年来研究发现,高电压、高频率、低脉宽的电脉冲可以在保持细胞膜完整的情况下,对细胞内结构发挥作用,在蛋白水平影响细胞的能量代谢、生长和功能。高强度电脉冲作用于肿瘤组织,可激活体内能量转换和物质代谢,使信号传导途径发生改变,肿瘤细胞发生坏死及其侵袭能力受到抑制,但具体机制尚不明确。肿瘤细胞浸润和转移的先决条件是细胞外基质降解,使细胞基底膜完整性受到破坏。
