肿瘤淋巴结转移机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 淋巴转移是肿瘤最常见及最基本的转移途径 ,也是肿瘤患者致死的主要原因 ,在肿瘤淋巴转移过程中 ,新生淋巴管的形成是其必要条件 ,血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor ,VEGF)家族的发现 ,使得对肿瘤淋巴管生成的分子机制有了深入了解 ,本文综述近年肿瘤淋巴转移机制及治疗策略中的相关研究进展 ,简述笔者所从事电穿孔治疗中针对淋巴转移的研究设想。 Lymphatic metastasis is the most common and basic way of tumor diffusion, and is also a main cause of death of cancer patients. During lymphatic metastasis, development of fresh lymphatic vessel is essential. The discovery of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) family has made use better understand the molecular mechanisms for the generation of lymphatic vessels within neoplasms. In this article, the latest progress in the studies of lymphatic metastasis and its treatment strategy are reviewed. Some notions about the treatment of lymphatic metastasis by electroporation on the basis of the experience of the authors were also discussed.
