摘要
冷凝蛋白(coldinsolubleprotein,CIP)是机体血浆经低温致冷后形成的大分子冷不溶性蛋白,它在机体组织冷损伤起着一定的作用。CIP的形成与纤维粘连蛋白(fibronectin,Fn)有关。本文观察到猪血浆Fn的胰蛋白酶酶切片段混合物(Fnfragments,Fnf)在5×10-6mol/L浓度时,能明显抑制新鲜大白鼠血浆中CIP的形成,血浆中CIP的形成量(79±46μg/ml)仅为对照血浆组(781±260μg/ml)的10%,推测Fn分子上可能有相应的结构参与了CIP的形成。
CIP(cold insoluble protein) is a cold insoluble protein with large molecular weight.In the present study, fibronectin was separated and purified from fresh pig plasma with affinity chromatography, and fibronectin fragments(Fnf) mixture(Wm=60kD) was obtained by the method of fixed trypsin. While Fnf was added into fresh rat plasma up to 5×10 -6 mol/L, CIP formation(79±46μg/ml)was inhibited markedly, only 10%(15℃) as much as that of the control group(781±260μg/ml). The results suggested that some part of the structure(s) of Fn molecule might take part in the plasma CIP formation.
