摘要
目的探讨黄角颗粒含药血清对神经细胞(SHSY-5Y)缺血缺氧损伤是否具有保护作用。寻找其具有神经保护作用的最佳药物浓度。方法制备黄角颗粒含药血清,培养神经细胞,制备细胞缺氧模型并用不同的药物浓度干预,用MTT法检测细胞活性。结果黄角颗粒含药血清的神经保护作用显著优于空白血清组(P<0.05);在5%、10%、20%、40%各不同浓度的含药血清中以20%、40%两组的保护作用为优。结论黄角颗粒含药血清对神经细胞缺氧有确切的保护作用,其最佳药物血清浓度为20%。
Objective: To discuss pharmacological serum of HJKL's protective effect on neuron hypoxia- ischemia injury Methods : Pharmacological serum of HJKL is prepared, neuron cells are cultured, models of cell hypoxia are prepared interfered by different concentration of pharmacological serum, and MTT method is adapted to detect cell activity. Results: The pharmacological serum of HJKL is obviously better than blank group and control group. Among the different concentration of pharmacological serum, the protective effect of 20% group and 40% group is obviously better than that of 5% and 10% group. Conclusions: The pharmacological serum of Huang Jiao Ke Li has definite protective effect on neuron hypoxia - ischemia; its best serum concentration is 20%.
