摘要
美国力可公司高频红外碳硫测定仪采用镀铂硅胶催化剂来提高碳分析精度并防止SO2对CO2测定的干扰,将SO2转化为SO3除去。但镀铂硅胶价格昂贵、消耗量大。本文采用过渡金属氧化物和稀土氧化物在一定条件下,利用活性氧化物混合法新工艺,研制成碳、硫分析专用复合催化剂。该催化剂在300~400℃下对CO、SO2的催化转化效率均达99%以上。其催化速度、热稳定性、强度、气阻及寿命均符合仪器使用要求。
Pt coated silica gel catalyst is used in the high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur determination of LECO,USA to raise the analystical precision of carbon and to catalyze SO 2 to SO 3 in order to prevent the interference of SO 2 to CO 2.Considering the high cost and large consumption of Pt,a complex catalyst compesed of transition metal oxide and rare earth oxide was developed to analyze C and S.At 300℃~400℃,the catalytic efficiency for CO 2, SO 2 can reach over 99%.The catalytic speed ,heat stability, strength,gas resistance and life meet the requirements of the determination
