摘要
在碱性介质中,加热时空气氧化Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅳ),Mn(Ⅳ)与二安替比林(3,4-二甲氧基)苯基甲烷反应生成橙色产物,吐温20和乳酸起到协同增敏作用,λmax=460nm,ε=7.8×104L·mol-1·cm-1,锰量在0~12μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。柠檬酸可以消除Cr(Ⅲ)、Co2+、Cu2+的干扰。用于测定茶叶中的Mn(Ⅱ),操作简便、快速、结果较好。
The reaction conditions of diantipyl (3,4 dimethoxy) phenylmethane(DADMM) with Mn(Ⅳ) were studied.In alkaline medium,Mn(Ⅱ) is oxidized to Mn(Ⅳ) by oxygen and then in H 3PO 4 medium,DADMM reacts with Mn(Ⅳ) to form an orange product,having an absorption maximum at 460nm with a molar absorptivity of 7.8×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Lactic acid and Tween 20 show synergic sensitizing effect on the reaction.Beer's law is obeyed for 0~12μg/25mL Mn(Ⅱ).The method has been used in the determination of manganese in green tea.
