摘要
按文献提供的理论和计算机程序,本文给出了六种常用冲压板材在不同的工件与模具几何尺寸、不同的润滑状态下圆筒与带突缘圆筒的理论极限拉深系数。
According to the theory and the computing program afforded by the lit-erature[1,2,3],in the paper a series of theoretical limiting drawing ratio of a cup and a cup with flange are given for six types of conventional sheet metal in stamping, which correlated with dimention of a part or a die and friction condition.
