摘要
本文给出了厚向异性材料在加工硬化条件下的最大拉深力和危险断面拉伸失稳强度的理论算式,它与多种材料的拉深试验结果十分吻合。借助计算机可以迅速准确地预计圆筒及带凸缘圆筒的首次极限拉深系数。
In the paper the formulas of maximum deep-drawing force and strength of plastic tencile instabily in dangerous section are given or material with the nor- mal anisotropy and the strain-hardening.The theoretical ananysis is good agree- ment with experimental results of varied materials.The limiting drawing coefficient of cup or that with flange in first drawing may be estimated rapidly and accuratedly with the help of computer.
