E-钙黏蛋白和nm23蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 采用S-P法检测60例上皮性卵巢癌(A组)、30例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤(B组)和50例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤(C组)患者组织标本中E-钙黏蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达水平,结果A组E-钙黏蛋白、nm23蛋白阳性表达率明显低于B、C组(P均<0.01),B、C组间无统计学意义;E-钙黏蛋白和nm23蛋白呈显著正相关,与上皮性卵巢癌的临床分期、淋巴结有无转移、术后残余病灶及生存期存在相关性。提示E-钙黏蛋白、nm23蛋白表达可促进上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展,可作为判断病情及预后的的指标。
