多层螺旋CT外周血管成像质量影响因素的探讨 被引量:2

The Influential Factors of Quality of Peripheral Vessels Imaging with MSCT

摘要 目的探讨优化多层螺旋CT周围血管成像方法,提高诊断准确性。方法分析120例周围血管MSCT成像资料,总结影响MSCT周围血管成像质量的因素。结果120例检查中优类图像90例,良类图像20例,差类图像10例。血管病变152处,MSCT显示其中的148处。各分类间对比剂注射速率、对比剂总量、延迟时间经统计学处理均无统计学意义。结论影响成像质量的最主要原因是病人的个体因素。影响质量因素的优化设置可提高图像质量,提高诊断的准确性。 Objective To optimize imaging methods of multi-slice CT and to improve diagnostic accuracy in patients with peripheral vessel diseases. Methods Summarizing quality influential factors and discussing the optimal installation in each influential factor with 120 cases of peripheral vessels diseases which MSCT imaging data were enrolled in analysis.Results All of 120 cases, 90 were excellent images, 20 were good and 10 were bad.MSCT revealed 148 in 152 abnormal changes in peripheral vessels. There was no statistically significant difference in constrast medium injection flow rote, constrast medium dose and delay time between classes. The patient's individual factors were the most important reason for affecting image quality. Conclusion The optimal installation of quality influential factors can help to improve imaging quality in order to improve diagnosing accurcy.
