摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的完善,传统计划经济时代的运量预测方法已经不能适应市场经济对运输业提出的要求。考虑到市场经济环境、运输服务性和价值尺度等因素对运量的影响,以及交通量与土地利用状况之间存在的辩证关系,基于应用节点土地利用模型进行区域交通量预测的思路,进一步分析运输生产具有的区域性质等特点,建立适用于区域交通量预测的节点土地利用模型,给出合适的模型求解算法,经实例证明,该模型可比其他预测方法取得更为精确的预测结果。
With the improving of market economy system in our country becoming, the traditional ways, which are taken advantage to forecast the traffic volume in the planned economy, can never do well in the market economy. Considering the environment of market economy, transportation service character and value scale to the influence of the traffic volume and the dialectic relationship between the land use and the traffic volume, based on the notion that applied node land use model to put up regional trans- portation volume forecasting, and by analyzing further the regional characteristics of the transportation, a node land use model that is taken advantage of regional transportation volume can be stablished, with cal- culations solution about the model being provided. As the instance indicated, the model can gain accurate forecasting result than other forecasting methods.
