本文介绍设计ＲＴＰＤＳＳ的部分内容，包括其功能、结构和自学习方式．提出了在实现ＲＴＰＤＳＳ过程中构造的阶跃阻抗方式划分模型以及改进的容量限制配流算法和比例配流算法．
This paper presents functions, structure and self-learning mechanism of Regional transportation pl￣ng Decision Support System (RTPDSS). SteP cost function used in the modal split model, approved capacityrestraint method and stroved incremental method for traffic assi￣atare PrOPosed.
