强力纤维强化树脂面夹板在松动后牙固定术中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的:介绍强力纤维强化树脂面夹板在松动后牙固定术中的制作方法,初步评价其固定松动后牙的临床效果。方法:16例有Ⅱ度以上松动后牙的慢性牙周炎病人,用强力纤维强化树脂制作面夹板,定期追踪观察固定后的临床效果。结果:16例病人20个夹板中观察时间最长为16个月,最短为6个月。显效3个,有效15个,无效2个,总有效率达90%。结论:强力纤维强化树脂面夹板制作简单方便,舒适美观、易清洁,能有效保存松动后牙,是一种较理想的后牙固定技术。
