摘要
对农村金融发展与经济增长之间的关系进行研究,才能找到促进农村经济增长的正确途径。运用时间序列分析方法,对中国农村1978—2004年间的金融发展与经济增长的关系做出实证研究。结果显示:中国农村金融发展与经济增长存在一种长期的均衡关系,农村金融发展是农村经济增长的Granger原因,而农村经济增长却不是农村金融发展的Granger原因。提出了规范和发展农村民间金融,推动农村金融市场正常发育,加强对农村信贷投资的力度,以促进农村经济增长与农村金融发展相互协调发展。
Reasonable path to promote rural economic growth can be found when relationship between the rural financial development and the economic growth is examined. Based on time serial analysis, the relationships between the financial development and economic growth in China over the period 1978-2004 is researched. The results show that there is a long term equilibrium relation between rural financial development and economic growth. The Granger Causality test indicates that rural financial development is a Granger cause of rural economic growth while the rural economic growth is not a Granger cause of rural financial development. A serial of recommendations is then put forward to promote the harmony development of rural finance and rural economy, such as （i） regulating and developing informal finance, （ii） propelling rural financial market to develop soundly, （ili） enhancing support to rural credit.
