摘要
根据基因库的新城疫病毒(NDV)的磷蛋白(P)基因序列设计了1对特异性引物,应用RT-PCR技术对11个NDV广西分离株的P基因进行RT-PCR扩增和序列测定,P基因阅读框的核苷酸序列全长均为1188bp,编码395个氨基酸。核苷酸及氨基酸全序列比较分析,结果表明:11个NDV广西分离株与10个参考株的核苷酸序列同源性为81.2%~97.8%,氨基酸同源性为78.8%~97.0%。
One pair of specific primers was designed and synthesized according to phosphoprotein (P) gene sequences of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strains from GenBank. P genes of eleven NDV isolated from Guangxi were amplified by reverse transcription-pelymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and sequenced. All the P genes have a total length of 1 188 bp and encodes 395 amino acids. Sequence comparison with P genes of ten NDV reference strains published in GenBank revealed that the homologies of nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences are 81.2% - 97. 8% and 78.8% -97. 0%, respectively.
