摘要
[目的]定量评价烹调油烟(COF)对人体的免疫毒性,为进一步探索其致肿瘤发病机理提供依据。[方法]应用Meta分析方法,对国内外1994~2005年间公开发表的6篇有关烹调油烟对人体免疫功能损伤的研究文献进行综合、定量再分析,统计处理采用Meta分析的随机效应模型。[结果]暴露组与对照组外周血IgG总标化差d=-1.35,校正95%可信区间(CI)为(-3.81~1.10);IgM d=-0.51,校正95%CI为(-1.23~0.21);IgAd=-0.24,校正95%CI为(-0.69~0.22);T淋巴细胞转化率(PBLT)d=-2.53,校正95%CI为(-4.08~-0.42)。[结论]暴露组外周血中T淋巴细胞转化率水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。长期接触COF将会对机体细胞免疫功能造成明显抑制;暴露组外周血中IgG、IgM、IgA水平较对照组有降低,但是差异无统计学意义。降低原因还有待于今后进一步研究。
[ Objective] To quantitatively evaluate the immuno-damage of COF and to provide evidence for the oncogenicity study of COF. [Methods] The results of 6 aretieles which dealed with the immuno-damge of COF and were published between 1994 and 2005 were analyzed by Meta analysis method. Der Simonian and Nan Laid model were applied to process data. [ Results] The total standardized difference (at) of IgG from peripheral blood between exposure group and control group was -1.35, and 95% CI was (-3.81-1.10). The total standardized difference (d^-) of IgM from peripheral blood between exposure group and control group was -0.51, and 95%CI was (-1.23-0.21). The total standardized difference (d^-) of lgA from peripheral blood between exposure group and control group was -0.24, and 95% CI was (-0.69-0.22). The total standardized difference (d^-) of PBLT from peripheral blood between exposure group and control group was -2.53, and 95%CI was (-4.08-0.42). [Conclusion] The concentration of PLBT is significantly lower in exposure group than in control group. Long time exposure to COF will inhibit the cellular immune funetion, The concentrations of IgG, IgM, IgA between exposure group and control group are not significantly different, and the cause of the decrease still requires further study and exploration.
