摘要
对南京市玄武区74名饮食业从业人员进行外周血淋巴细胞微核的检测。结果表明,红案工微核率明显高于对照组,经配对 t 检验,差异有极显著性。多因素逐步回归分析表明,工种和吸烟是影响淋巴细胞微核率的主要因素。
Detection of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 74 cooking workers showed that the frequency of micronucleus in cooks was higher than that in control group.A paired t— test showed a significant difference between the two groups.Stepwise regression analysis indi- cates that the type of work in cooking and smoking are the two main factors influencing the mi- cronucleus rate in lymphocytes.
