喉癌组织中抗凋亡基因Bcl-2蛋白的表达及临床相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 抗凋亡基因Bcl-2的表达可抑制细胞凋亡过程,是导致肿瘤发生的因素之一。采用免疫组化多重PAP方法,检测了35例喉癌及5例喉正常声带组织的Bcl-2。Bcl-2阳性反应主要位于喉癌细胞中,呈棕黄色细颗粒状。35例喉癌组织中13例Bcl-2阳性,占37.1%。5例喉正常声带组织中1例阳性,阳性反应位于间质中。结果提示Bcl-2表达阳性组和阴性组术后生存曲线有明显不同,Bcl-2表达阳性组比阴性组生存曲线明显下降,死亡危险度峰值提前1~4年出现,Bcl-2表达与喉癌术后生存率有关。 The expression of apoptosis suppressing oncoprotein Bcl 2 can block the apoptosis process of the cells, which is one of the factors that cause the development of tumor.The Bcl 2 in 35 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 5 normal laryngeal tissue were tested with PAP immunohistochemical method. Bcl 2 positive reaction mainly occurred in the cells of laryngeal cancer and produced brownish yellow granules. Of the 35 laryngeal carcinoma tissue,Bcl 2 in 13 (37 1%) cases showed positive reaction. Of the five normal lanyngeal tissue, Bcl 2 in one case showed positive reaction,which occurred in the interstitial tissue. The results showed that the survival curve of the Bcl 2 positive group was significantly lower than that of the negative group. The risk of mortality was 1 4 years earlier, the expression of Bcl 2 was related to the survival rate of post operation of laryngeal cancer.
