摘要
实验以微电流刺激冠脉内膜法复制犬冠状动脉血栓模型,观察了联合应用中小剂量的国产尿激酶和精制去纤酶对实验性急性心肌梗死的静脉溶栓效果。结果显示:从电刺激开始至血栓形成时间为(32.8±19.4)min。联合用药(尿激酶25000U/kg+精制去纤酶0.1U/kg)与单独用药(尿激酶25000U/kg或精制去纤酶0.1U/kg)比较,可明显提高再通率,降低再闭塞率。再通后血流稳定,无波动血流出现。术中切口渗血量相似,均未发生脏器出血。联合用药对血压、心率无影响。
Coronary thrombus model was reconstructed by using endothelium microelectric current stimulation method. The thrombolytic effects of combined low dose urokinase and defibrase(urokinase 25000U/kg+Defibrase 0 1U/kg) on experimental acute myocardial infarction were compared with monotherapy (Urokinase 25000U/kg or Defibrase 0 1U/kg).The results showed that the time from the beginning of stimulation to occlusive thrombus formation was (32 8±19 4) min.Combined therapy increased the recanalization rate and decreased the reocclusive rate markedly.The blood flow was relatively stable without cyclic flow in combined therapy.The amount of hemodiapedesis in operation area was similar,and no organ bleeding was found in all dogs.Combination therapy had no effect on blood pressure and heart rate.
