摘要
阿魏菇是一种有药用价值的名贵珍稀食用菌,其生物成分具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、降血脂血压、抗心血管疾病、调节机体免疫等功效。该文将从以上方面对阿魏菇的药理功能作用作一综述。
Pleurotus ferulae is an edible mushroom enriched with nutrition and medicinal function. The bioactive compounds extracted from Pleurotusferulae have antioxidant, anticancer, anti-radiation, anti-hyperlipidemic, antilipidemic, anticariogen, immunoregula-tory activities. The functional role of Pleurotus ferulae were summarized from the above aspects.
