多器官功能障碍评分对ICU中术后患者的器官功能及预后评价

摘要 部分外科患者由于手术创伤打击、感染、麻醉等原因并发多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS），是ICU患者的重要组成部分。与非术后患者相比，其器官损伤情况、病情严重度和预后评价是否有不同特征，笔者就此总结了32家医院ICU中725例MODS中的术后患者152例，其器官功能损伤情况及预后如下。
