摘要
报道了一种以氯乙酸和脂肪醇为原料合成氯乙酸酯的新方法 ,即在催化剂作用下 ,用氧化钙作脱水剂 ,采用索氏提取器进行回流脱水直接酯化。应用该方法 ,酯化反应时间仅需 2~ 3 h,产率高达 93 %~ 98% ,同时对影响产率诸因素进行考察 。
This paper describes a new method of synthesis of chloroacetic ester from chloroacetic acid and fatty alcohol, and the experiment is carried out by the action of catalytic agent, the dehydration of calcium oxide and the direct esterification using Soxhelt extraction apparatus. In this method, only 2~3 h of the reaction time if the esterification are needed, and the yield is up to 93%~98%. The effects of varrious factors on the reaction yields are examined and the best reaction conditions are found out.
