摘要
介绍高新技术──膜技术在石油化工厂中应用的研究成果。该技术已用于石化基础原料气的分离回收及“三废”治理,且正在向烃分离、化学反应等方向发展。实践证明,膜技术用于石化行业既可节能降耗,又可提高效率,而且操作方便。用于石化工业的膜材料以无机材料为主。膜技术在石油化工中具有广阔的应用前景,但目前的应用还受到膜本身技术问题的限制。
Research achievements of application of a high - technique-the membrane technique in petrochemical plants were introduced. This technique has been used in separation and recovery of the basic petrochemical feedstock gases as well as in waste-gas treatment, and is being developed to the directions in hydrocarbon separation and chemical reactions etc.. Practices showed that, the adoption of membrane technique in petrochemical industry can not only save energy and lower consumption, but also increase effectiveness with easy operation. The membranes used in petrochemical industry mainly consist of inorganic materials. Although the present membrance application was restricted by itself technical problems, it has a wide application prospect in petrochemical industry.
