摘要
膜分离法与深冷法联合用于从天然气中提氦,是一种新的从贫氦天然气分离氦的工艺流程。该工艺利用膜分离法从贫氦天然气制取富氦天然气,经深次分离及精制而获得纯氦。该方法使得在同样氦气产出的情况下,深冷分离的规模减小,在同样深冷分高规模下氦气产量增加。文章给出了膜分离单元工艺流程,举例测算了膜分离单元的工艺数据,以及膜分离法与深冷法联合用于从天然气中提氦的工艺流程和特点。
A novel permeation-cryogenic hybrid scheme is proposed for helium separation from natural gss.The key concept of the suggested scheme is to separate helium-enriched gas stream from natural gas and then recover helium by conventional partial condesation and purification steps, thereby, minimizing energy intensive and expensive compression. gas liquefaction and vaporization. A conceptual flow scheme for the proposed hybrid process is outlined.
