摘要
目的:研究低剂量1318nm Nd:YAG激光的生物学效应。方法:用波长为1318nm的Nd:YAG激光连续照射体外培养的处于对数生长期的人胰腺癌PC-3细胞,分组分别照射0s、2s、4s、6s、8s、10s、12s、14s,每天1次,照射3次后,继续培养24h,噻唑蓝比色法(MTT)测定各组OD值,研究细胞增殖情况。结果:随着激光照射剂量的提高,PC-3细胞的OD值逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论:1318nm Nd:YAG激光,在低剂量范围内照射PC-3细胞,具有明显促进其增殖的作用,且呈剂量依赖性,在临床应用上应避免该副作用的发生。
Objectives:To investigate the biological effect of low intensity 1318nm Nd:YAG laser on human pancreatic carcinoma cells (PC-3). Methods: Eight groups of PC-3 cells were cultured in 96-well plates for 12h and then irradiated with 1318nm Nd:YAG continuous wave laser for different time intervals (0s,2s,4s,6s,8S,10s,12s,14s). The laser power was 1.7W and spot diameter 5mm (laser dose 0-121.27J/cm^2). Cells were irradiated once a day and totally 3 days and cultured for a next 24h. MTT was used to assess the cell proliferation.Results:A significant stimulative effect of 1318nm laser on PC-3 cell proliferation was found (P 〈0.05). Conclusion:The PC-3 cell proliferation may be stimulated by low intensity 1318nm Nd:YAG continuous wave laser, which suggests that this laser could be potentially harmful to patients with pancreatic carcino-ma.
