叙述了激光治疗仪双波长 (10 64 / 13 19nm )输出的最佳方案及其性能指标 ;介绍了双波长输出的CW- Nd:YAG激光器参数的确定及其倍频实验 ;提出了用 Ti:Mg O:L i Nb O3晶体倍频的 4波长 Nd:YAG激光器
The two wavelengths output optimum scheme and its property index for the laser treatment machine were discussed;Two wavelengths output all parameter determine and its SHG experiments for CW Nd:YAG laser were introduced;Feasibility scheme of five output for a four wavelengths Nd:YAG laser of SHG using Ti:MgO:LiNbO 3 crystal were put forward.
