摘要
在8kg/h CO2流量下,通过单因素实验探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间三个参数对蚕蛹油得率的影响,然后通过正交实验确定了蚕蛹油的较佳提取条件。实验结果表明,萃取压力对蚕蛹油得率影响较大、萃取温度及时间影响较小,蚕蛹油超临界CO2萃取最优条件为:压力25MPa、温度45℃、时间2.5h,在上述条件下蚕蛹油得率为28.97%。采用超临界CO2可有效地将蚕蛹中油脂类成分萃取出来,萃取效果与传统溶剂萃取相当,但蚕蛹油品质高于溶剂萃取所得蚕蛹油。
The extraction of silkworm pupa oil with super critical fluid CO2 were studied. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of the parameters such as pressure, temperature and time on the yield of silkworm pupa oil with 8kg/h of CO2 flow. The results showed that the extraction pressure was the more important factor that affected the effect of extraction, following the extraction temperature and time. The optimal condition of supereritical fluid CO2 extraction was that: the extracting pressure of 25MPa, temperature of 45 ℃, duration of 2.5h. Under these conditions, the yield of silkworm pupa oil was 28.97 %. The result showed that by supereritical fluid technology, the quality of the oil to be extracted from silkworm pupa was better than from petroleum ether.
