摘要
在激烈的市场经济竞争中,如何采用最方便、最高效的方式实现对企业员工的培训已经成为企业实现跨越式发展的关键和人力资源培训研究的重要方向。本文通过对传统的培训模式的分析,对E-Learning学习模式的介绍,将E-Learning学习模式导入到企业人力资源培训中,为企业人力资源培训带来全新方式。
It is a key for the progressive development and an important direction for the research of human resource training that competition adopting the most convenient and effective methods to train employees in a company in the serious market-economic. This paper, through the analysis of the modes of traditional training, introduces the E-Learning modal, which is borrowed into the human resource training in companies in order to bring a brand-new means into human resource training for corporations.
