玻璃化冷冻保存小鼠生发泡期卵母细胞的研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验探讨了卵母细胞形态、基础液等因素对小鼠生发泡期卵母细胞冷冻效果的影响,目的在于筛选适合超低温冷冻保存小鼠卵母细胞的冷冻程序。通过这一途径可望建立卵母细胞种子库,并为体外受精、卵核移植和体细胞的克隆研究与应用提供试验材料。试验结果:①COC组、DO组卵裂率分别是23.17/、30.96/,差异不显著(P>0.05)。两者都与对照组(60.00/)差异显著(P<0.01)。②用DMEM(31.25/)和DPBS液(30.28/)作为玻璃化冷冻液的基础液效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。
