摘要
目的观察采用不同方法治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法对治疗组24例患者采用针刺配合小针刀疗法,对照组22例患者采用针刺配合耳穴贴压疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率为95.9%,对照组为72.7%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺配合小针刀疗法治疗单纯性肥胖效果优于传统针刺配合耳穴贴压疗法。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of different methods on simple obesity. Methods A treatment group of 24 patients received acupuncture plus little needle knife and a control group of 22 patients, acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 95.9% in the treatment group and 72.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus little needle knife is more effective in treating simple obesity than conventional acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy.
